In response to the on-going MB Provincial Health regulations and increasing cases of Covid 19, the Little Britain United Church Council met and the following motion was passed:

“That all events including worship, weddings and funerals held in the church building and hall be attended by only those individuals who are fully vaccinated against Covid 19 with the exception of children under 12 years of age and those with a physician’s exemption.”

Carried

——————-

Beginning this Sunday all those attending worship will be asked to show their immunization card or QR code indicating that they are fully vaccinated. Your name and phone number will be recorded. Once you have done this, it will not be required to be shown on a weekly basis.

Masks will continue to be worn during the entire service and social distancing will be by mutual consent of those who wish to sit together. (There is no mandatory social-distancing at this time). The use of hand sanitizer is encouraged. All events in the hall will be handled in the same manner. This includes both church and community activities and all hall rentals. This motion will be re-visited as Provincial Health Regulations permit.

Tanya Wiegand, Chair
